Furlough Appeals

FY 2013 Furlough Appeals

As a necessary part of its processing of all appeals, MSPB sends an Acknowledgment Order to the parties requesting, among other things, the administrative record on which the agency based the appealed action.  Rather than receive hundreds or thousands of copies of the same documents from military departments and Department of Defense activities, MSPB posted the administrative record from some of these agencies in a central location on our website, so that they are available to all appellants.   In addition, we have directed the agencies to make the records available to any appellant who lacks Internet access and cannot otherwise view the documents.  All documents in each file are individually tabbed and can be referred to by tab and page number in pleadings filed with the Board.
